Grandview marks the design debut of O’Meara Design. Yet his solutions to the challenges and opportunities of the surrounding natural features define those of a seasoned professional. The wide fairways, shallow bunkers and gently sloping greens are highlighted by rugged terrain, wetlands and dramatic elevation rises.

According to Mark, each hole has its own individual character, shaped and inspired by the surrounding beauty. From the highest granite rises to the smallest beaver dam, every part of the environment was taken into consideration.

Hole 7: Par 3

This par 3 is just plain fun to play. ItŐs easy to reach with an accurate tee shot, but golfers who overpower it can find the bunker off the back right of the green a bit too inviting. A dramatic but fair green makes for a rewarding par.

Hole 17: Par 4

I like this par 4 because itŐs got a little bit of everything: trees, water, bouldersŃnatural hazards that reflect the uniqueness of the landscape. Drivable from the tips, it can be a good ego boost toward the end of a round if played right.
